Walt: Write a recount. term 2 weeks 8

I was excited to go to school on Friday because there was a program called get your games on. This only happens once a term because the whole school gets together to play different types of games. I couldn't wait to get to school. I was bursting with his excitement. After morning tea the school assembled outside on the courts. We waited for around 3 or 4 minutes then we stood up and counted to 1 to 10. We shouted 1! 2! 3! 4! 5! 6! 7! 8! 9! 10!!!. The classes heard us so they came and assembled with us. The teachers told us that we are allowed to only play 3 games named lape, rob the nest, and silent ball.

First, we played an awesome game named lape. The rule for lape is that there are 2 teams named batters and fielders. The fielders. So there is going to be a layout of cones on the court. The batters will be lined up in a straight line. The fielders will spread around the courts in a possession. One of the fielders has to be in the center of the courts holding a ball. The person who is holding the ball will be chucking it to the batters. It is their job to hit it if they don't then they can have another try if not then they will be disqualified. If they hit the ball then they can run around the cones then touch the middle. But when you hit it and they caught it then you are out. Or if you hit it and it bounces and they caught it that means they can still chuck it at you or run with it then touch you. And obviously, you are OUT!!!!.

We walked to the second game and it was robbed of the nest. We have been playing that game for a long time in my school but I will still tell you the instructions. So Miss made the game much harder.  So we did 2 burpees but others wanted to do some star jumps or push-ups. We were lined up in two teams. There were cones in the middle but we pretended that they were eggs. The teacher played some music and then she said start!!!!. We ran to the middle and took one each. After the cones were all gone then we did 2 burpees then we rob the other team's nest. We kept playing and then it was time to count our cones. My team lost but we still tried and we still had fun.

Our last game was the silent ball. We loved the silent ball. It was challenging when we stood up and did some balancing like lifting one foot. But since it was her choice the teacher picked sitting down. We sat down in a circle and we got a ball. We make sure the ball is not too hard before it will hit someone's face. We passed the ball around in a circle. Oh, I forgot the rules. So first no silly throws second don't talk third no underpasses and lastly do not put people down if they lose. That was a simple game, wasn't it?

We went back up to the courts and we went back up to class. It was fun doing this. We went back to our classrooms and then we had fruit and relaxed in our classes. We wished we could go there one more time. Have you ever tried playing games on it, it will be fun?
